Salsa is quick & easy and can be made in many different ways.
It also goes with absolutely loads of stuff.
I’m making gherkin salsa, but you can substitute this for anything a little ‘tangy’ that you fancy (in case you do go with gherkins, expect your salsa to be quite sweet).
